I read about The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, North Korea will be holding its first Worker’s Party congress in 36 years. The workers are very devoted in order to follow the purpose and plan. This is only the 7th time in North Korea’s history that the congress has been called which is a low number for the communist system. This current event happened because of the Cold War. Kim Jong Un is striving to become a memorable communist leader like Leon Trotsky who was expelled from the party at the 15th congress. Which led Joseph Stalin full control. This tells me that leaders today strive to possess traits like past successful leaders had.

1.World stocks are retreating and people are worrying about the growth of it.
2.This is happening because it was pressured by signs of a renewed and a prolonged downturn in global growth.
3.The decline of any economy in any nation can cause a similar pattern of other associated nation's with it.

In my article apples CEO Tim Cook talks about not giving access to dysfunctional governments into their phones.
This connects mainly to industrialization because apple are always improving their system and are the only one who the government can't hack into

Donald Trump is on top for the republican party, ted cruz has dropped out of the race leaving only trump and kasic for the republican race. Trump is shifting his focus more on attacking Hillary politically and making her look like the worst possible choice.

This is the presidential debate. Cruz felt that he has no chance because Trump has been so powerful and winning most states.

That Trump and Hillary are the front-runners and most likely will be the nominees

1. The article I read was about children labor in Zambia and how about one in every three children aged 7-14 worked. I also read about how the working conditions of the many tobacco plants some of the children work on affects their health.
2. This is a product of history because when the English came to Africa and imperialized many countries they also left civil war and economic destruction in their wake as people struggled to gain power. It was this economic destruction that led to the child labor in Zambia.
3. A theme that can be concluded from this document is that imperialism causes child labor.

The article is focused on a polish museum for ww2 and they trying to cancel the building of the museum they're gonna build a smaller one focused on one battle poland vs germany. Many people did horrible things in ww2 we have studied and maybe that's why is being canceled. This controversy is one reason they would want to cancelled another reason is that maybe the gov is ashamed f what they did. The people all have shame for what they did in ww2 and no country wants to show it .

1.The north Korean people being very secretive about what they are doing in the government and What testing or anything involving the north's actions. The UN Says that the north must comply to the obligations of the rules they set in place. North Korea has set of missiles in the country side of The north, The UN wants the North to back down on the nuclear testing because the UN did not all agree that they are able to do/build nukes. North korea believes that the US and UN thinks that communism is bad and that their country should be able to do anything that they want with the country.

2.Back in the Korean war the North and south decided that Warfare with products like bombings and such. Also in other wars/fighting, with different countries like japan with the things that the us did in Hiroshima. We learned the bad outcomes of what these very powerful weapons can do to cities like Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

The article was about how the vietnam war affects today's american society. The vietnam war severely damaged the US economy and President Johnson had to unleash a cycle of inflation. The war also weakened U.S. military morale and undermined, for a time, the U.S. commitment to internationalism. Also, the United States needed to add air power to their military to protect the guidelines that were set. The war weakened the democratic party. Today, the United States is divided in deciding if the war was “a well intentioned mistake” or “fundamentally wrong and immoral”.

1.Navy Seal Charles Keating died in Afghanistan by isis when they broke through the lines
2.We have seen this story through history of wars when the enemy overwhelms or surprise attacks the enemy and there are casualties in result to this. Like ww1 when trenches are over run and the defending side is struck down, There are always casualties in war.
3.The death of any american soldier gives isis more courage and persuades them to do more acts of terrorism.

Canadian Oil-Sand Fire:

Summary: 80000 people has been evacuated from Fort MCMurray, Alberta, Canada. Which some have said it resembled a ¨zombie apocalypse¨ because everyone is leaving the area to save their lives even though many homes have been lost and possessions.
This fire is related to the African imperialism we have learned. The colonists weren't acclimated to the African climate the further they went up north. When the fires broke out in Fort McMurray the people fled to protect themselves from this devastating disaster.
The theme is that disasters can be tragic events that have people fleeing but can also have great outcomes come through.

The Abu Sayyaf have recently kidnapped four people from a Filipino resort and have beheaded one, a Canadian businessman as a response to Canada refusing to pay the ransom for these people, a reported $6.36 million. They threaten to kill the remaining hostages if the Canadian government refuses to pay for them.

Global wind power installation is estimated to more than double in the next five years. Prices for wind power will continue to decrease as well as renewable energy becomes more of a priority for many countries. Asia will most likely be the leader in wind power by a significant amount in a few years. Wind energy should exceed gas and other energy if all countries stick to their climate goals as stated in the Paris Agreement. More wind power would also create many new jobs and be helpful to the global economy.

This story is a product of the Industrial Revolution because if we had not discovered new and more effective ways to produce and power and goods we would not have the technology necessary to continue improving our pollution and power output.

The theme of this story is that technology will always be improving and getting more effective as the years go on and we learn new methods to create what we want.

This was a long while ago, but back in 2015 a group of human traffickers in Bangladesh went from house to house, promising parents that their children would receive a full education and would be well taken care of. However, when they took the children, they put them to labour on boats and in factories.
This can be connected to the industrial revolution because during the industrial revolution, child labour was extremely common, and it wasn’t that rare for them to be paid little to nothing.

In Paris, migrants from places such as Afghanistan, Sudan, and Somalia illegally took refuge in an abandoned high school, citizens and the refugees blocked the entrance to the high school in order to stop French police from getting in. French police threw teargas at them, while they chanted “everyone hates police” and threw objects at them.
This event is a product of the cold war because the wars in the middle east and Africa caused refugees to leave the country, and a lot of them went to France.
Wars can cause tension and violence even after the war is over.

America has made the most terror-related arrests since 9/11 all supporters of ISIS. Average age of those arrested is 26, 86% male. They’re active in 21 states and half traveled and attempted to travel abroad. 27% were involved in U.S attack plots. More than half were in undercover agent operations for ISIS.

In my article i chose. It explained how refugees have been a problem. From people fleeing from war torn countries and its too many people for too many countries. The refugees are trying to find a home or a “asylum”. More than a million have crossed into europe. More than 135,000 refugees have arrived in the first two months of 2016. People fled from Afganistan, Syria and iraq and other war torn countries. The problem is that refugees are starting to enter the countries illegally and it's to much people.
Context: This relates to terrorism because the people that have fled their home countries due to terrorists destroying their homes and their lands.Violence around the world causes hardship to many people and refugees are one of the biggest examples.

In syria 250,000 people lost their lives in a four year conflict and 11 million lost their
homes and forced into loyalty to President Bashar al-Assad and if they oppose his rule the people
will have to battle each other. On March 2011 protests begin to erupt in the southern city of Deraa
after the arrest and torture of teens who painted revolutionary slogans on a school wall.
Many people were killed by barrel bombs dropped by the government- attacks which the UN says
may constitute massacres. IS has also been accused of waging a campaign of terror

1)The turkish government says that the heavy loses that ISIS is suffering is just the beginning if they keep on trying to attack Turkey. That they are going to keep on hitting the groupe. Until they leave turkey alone but until then they said that the attacks on ISIS are going to get worst. Also this makes the Syrian people mad because of the innocent loss of life. Turkey people are also mad because of the two children lost their lives. Now there are riots that the Turkish Government has to deal with they really need to stop and work together to defeat ISIS.

2)The Korean war how North Korea was pushing into South Korea and then South reacted with constant artillery fire at them pushing the Koreans back and stopping them in there path which is what turkey is trying to stop ISIS in there path.

3) History always seems to repeat itself.
