Today we took a political compass quiz to find out where we stand on the political compass and to see this differences in specific political ideologies.  We focused today on the similarities and differences between fascism and communism (Hitler and Stalin).  

If you were absent, please review the information on the T-Chart on page 817 for the comparison.  Yes, you should make notes of the major similarities and differences for yourself.

Today in class we completed the German Depression assignment on google classroom and received the unit overview that can be found on the Interwar page of this site.
We analyzed speech excerpts from Adolf Hitler about the Treaty of Versailles in order to help identify the political impact of economic hardship.
If you were absent you can access the google classroom assignment and unit overview online and be sure that your All Quiet symbolism project parts 1&2 are complete for tomorrow.

Today in class we wrote an open response comparing the message (THEME!) of "The Man He Killed" and All Quiet on the Western Front.
